These terms govern all interactions, inquiries, and service engagements with our company. Our services include construction, turnkey projects, interior design, renovation, carpentry, and related engineering works. All content provided on this website is for general information and service understanding purposes only. We reserve the right to modify service descriptions and project details without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms in full. Clients are expected to review project scope carefully before proceeding. All project discussions and agreements must be confirmed in written format before execution begins. Any verbal commitments will not be considered legally binding unless documented properly. We prioritize transparency in all service interactions and client communications. Users are advised to ensure they fully understand project specifications before approval. Misinterpretation of service details will not be the responsibility of Projects Engineer.
Projects Engineer provides professional services including building construction, turnkey execution, renovation, exterior works, and interior design solutions. The scope of each project is defined in the agreed proposal or contract before execution begins. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and may incur additional charges. We ensure that all services are delivered with proper technical planning, engineering standards, and quality control. However, site conditions, material availability, and external factors may affect execution timelines and outcomes. Work execution strictly follows approved drawings and specifications only. Any deviation requested during execution must undergo approval and revision process. Project scope does not include undocumented site modifications unless agreed. Structural feasibility is evaluated before finalizing any construction activity. Safety compliance is maintained as per standard engineering regulations.
All project estimates provided by Projects Engineer are based on initial site inspection and client requirements. Estimates may vary depending on changes in design, material selection, structural modifications, or site conditions. We strive to maintain transparency in costing, but final project value may differ from initial quotations. Clients are advised to confirm all specifications before project commencement. Any revisions requested during execution will be evaluated and adjusted accordingly. Cost variations may arise due to market fluctuations in construction materials. Labour and transportation charges may also vary depending on project location. Final billing is calculated based on actual work executed on site. Advance estimates are indicative and not fixed final pricing. Any additional work is billed separately with prior client approval. Estimates are prepared based on practical engineering assumptions and may be refined after detailed structural verification at site. All financial projections are subject to approval of final drawings, material specifications, and execution methodology agreed with the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, site access, and necessary approvals required for construction activities. Any delays caused by lack of approvals, unclear instructions, or restricted site access will not be the responsibility of Projects Engineer. Clients must ensure timely communication and cooperation throughout the project duration. Any changes requested after approval may affect timelines and cost structure. Clients must ensure uninterrupted site access for workers and equipment. Any legal or municipal permissions must be arranged by the client where required. Decision approvals should be provided within agreed timelines. Delays in feedback may directly impact project delivery schedules. Clients are expected to verify drawings and specifications before execution begins. Clients must ensure availability of decision makers during critical stages to avoid execution delays and rework. Any miscommunication or incomplete information provided by the client may directly impact project quality, cost, and completion timeline.
Project timelines are estimated based on project scope, workforce availability, and material procurement schedules. While we aim to complete all projects within agreed deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply delays, or design changes may impact delivery time. Projects Engineer will communicate any major delays to the client in advance. Timely decision making from the client side is essential for smooth project completion. Construction timelines are indicative and may vary depending on site conditions. External disruptions such as strikes or supply shortages may affect progress. Approval delays from clients can extend overall completion time. Work phases are executed in structured stages for better quality control. Revised schedules will be shared if significant changes occur. Timelines may also vary due to phased execution requirements and dependency on multiple subcontractor activities. Project scheduling is dynamically managed to maintain quality standards while adapting to on site practical conditions.
We use quality assured construction materials sourced from trusted suppliers. Material selection is finalized in consultation with the client based on budget and project requirements. Projects Engineer ensures adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines during execution. However, natural variations in material availability may occur. Any substitution of materials will be communicated and approved before use to maintain transparency and quality assurance. Material quality is ensured through supplier verification and inspection. Substitutions will be made only with equivalent or approved alternatives. Client approval is required for premium material upgrades. Storage and handling of materials follow safety standards. Defective materials will be replaced as per vendor warranty policies. All materials are subject to inspection at multiple stages to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards. Quality assurance checks are performed throughout execution to maintain durability and long term structural performance.
Projects Engineer is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, third party interference, or unforeseen site conditions beyond our control. We ensure professional execution and safety standards, but cannot guarantee outcomes affected by external factors. Any structural modifications made without approval will void responsibility. Clients are encouraged to follow safety guidelines provided during project execution. Liability does not extend to force majeure events or environmental risks. Unauthorized modifications may lead to structural risks outside our control. Third party contractor issues are not covered under our responsibility. Safety instructions must be followed at all times during execution. Site security remains shared responsibility between client and contractor. We are not responsible for damages arising from unauthorized site activities performed without our supervision or approval. Any external interventions or modifications may permanently affect structural integrity and void associated responsibilities.
Any modifications to the project scope after approval will be considered change requests and may affect cost and timelines. All changes must be documented and approved by both parties before implementation. Projects Engineer reserves the right to evaluate feasibility of requested changes. Unauthorized changes on site may lead to delays or structural inconsistencies. Modification requests must be submitted in written form. Changes may require redesigning or re estimation of project cost. Execution will pause until revised approvals are confirmed. Structural modifications are subject to engineering feasibility checks. Unapproved changes will not be covered under warranty or responsibility. Frequent or uncontrolled modifications may impact project stability, workflow efficiency, and structural accuracy. All approved changes will be executed only after proper engineering validation and updated cost agreement.
Either party may terminate the project agreement under valid circumstances such as breach of terms or non compliance. In such cases, payment will be calculated based on completed work stages. Projects Engineer reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if conditions are not met or payments are delayed. All materials and work completed until termination remain the property of the client upon settlement of dues. Termination requests must be communicated in advance with valid reasoning. Partial work completed will be billed accordingly before closure. Any pending dues must be cleared before handover of site materials. Legal resolution may be pursued in case of contractual disputes. Final settlement ensures closure of all project obligations. Termination does not release either party from obligations related to completed work phases and pending financial settlements. Final site handover will only be processed after completion audit and mutual clearance of all contractual responsibilities.
